Only reblogged this because it was obvious that the person hadn’t read Harry Potter more than once or twice (YEARS AGO) and came to this conclusion after looking at a page or two. TROLOLOL.

Yes, it’s been a while. But seriously. THINK ABOUT IT. Hermione even stated that wizards don’t have an ounce of logic.

I mean Voldemort was going to attack a world he knew NOTHING ABOUT. Yes, he grew up Muggle for the first eleven years but you don’t learn much about the military as a kid.

Does he know what kind of weapons muggles have? We have a bomb that could wipe out their entire population. And the world isn’t above civilian casualties, sadly. Wizards need to hide because they simply couldn’t compete with us. They don’t have a concept of stores that sell a bit of everything, and fail in economics. BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO ECONOMIC CLASSES. They are old and unchanging, and thats fine- but then they think they are BETTER and could take over the muggle world? It’s just laughable Voldemort even thought he could do that- maybe could he take over magical Britain but the FUCKING WORLD?

(And can you honestly say it wouldn’t suck to live in a world where a modern camera amazes everyone? The idea that we reached goddamn SPACE would probably make Draco weep with awe.)

I agree with gonegrimdark. I think most people who think that wizards are better haven’t ever given much thought to their world. They probably are stuck on the fact that they are cooler. Sure wizards do have more style and muggles are boring but just because were boring doesn’t mean we haven’t already surpassed them and will continue to make the gap between us even bigger as we improve and they stay exactly how they have been for forever. So please when thinking about this think logically and you’ll come to the conclusion that WIZARDS KINDA SUCK. ALSO I know that this isn’t everyones argument (no need to offend) but literally everyone I have had this conversation with (which is a lot) had that argument.

Project Name: Caledscratch - More Than a Prop Build

Background: This project took me little over 3 months totalling 200+ hours of build time making it one of the most time consuming of all my projects. It features a functional DJ mixer with 4 amplified speakers in which is all powered by a 12V lead acid battery. This prop weighs roughly 23 lbs.
